Paid upfront to engage. Covers the initial consultation, brief-setting, and first phase of search. Credited against the success fee on completion.

Success Fee

From £4,500

A fixed fee paid on completion — not a percentage of the purchase price. Your fee doesn't rise if the property price rises. We are never incentivised to push you toward a more expensive property.

Negotiation Only

From £2,500

Already found a property yourself? Engage us purely for due diligence and negotiation. We assess the true market value and negotiate on your behalf.
